Conventional drill pipes are processed in strict accordance with the API 5DP standard, using internationally advanced thickening technology, heat treatment technology, friction welding technology and advanced production and testing equipment, not only providing users with conventional drills covering all API standard specifications and steel grades At the same time, through independent research and development to provide users with a variety of special and high-end products to meet the differentiated and personalized needs of customers.

The outer and inner diameter welded gates are removed by shearing and machining. Perform post-weld heat treatment on the heat-affected zone between the drill pipe upsetting and the tool joint to restore the performance of the welded zone. Post-weld heat treatment is a quenching and tempering process. Through this process, the weld zone first reaches the austenitizing temperature, and then the polymer is quenched. Then, an area wider than the weld zone is reheated to the tempering temperature by induction. Each post-weld heat treatment will be monitored and recorded to form a comprehensive strip chart. Perform a 100% hardness inspection on each weld to confirm that they are fully tempered. The post-weld heat treatment process continues to produce stronger, tougher, more uniform welding performance and ideal microstructures to maximize resistance to stress and fatigue.

For each drill pipe component, from raw materials to all manufacturing completion, complete product and process traceability is maintained. For pin and box tool joints, the unified cutting test certificate is confirmed by the incoming material test. Each tool joint has a unique product number, which provides the traceability of the entire manufacturing process. The same procedure applies to pipeline traceability.

The surface near the weld is smooth on both the outer and inner diameters. Precision machining and grinding provide a surface finish without stress rise. We use wet magnetic powder and ultrasonic inspection technology to perform 100% inspection on each welding area. Destructive tests such as tensile, yield, impact and bending tests of welding coverings are carried out for each specification batch and recorded.

1) 100% ultrasonic full length inspection of drill pipe body inspection rate;

2) 100% of the joints and weld areas adopt ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection

3) Thickened transition zone MiuN 140mm: Miu-R>300mm reduces the stress concentration at the disappearance of the internal thickened transition zone and improves fatigue performance.

2) Wear belt: ARNCO 100 XT, 150 XT, 300 XT, 350 XT, Tuboscope TCS 8000x TCS Titanium, Duraband

3) Inner coating: DPC, TK34L, TK34P, TC2000

4) To meet stringent drilling conditions, high-performance drill pipes other than API PSL-1 & PSL-2 can be produced, including but not limited to API 5DP PSL-3, NS-K DS-1 or customized according to customer special requirements
